(Building Project Update #4) Aug 24th. 2012
Grace and peace to you.
As you can see some of the pictures below are of the building process for the new ”Cafetorium” that we have been building this summer
We began accepting work teams and indiviauls on July 15th and will continue to receive them through the end of October.

The cafetorium walls are almost up as you can see, and this is one of our volonteer workers Mr.Webster.

These are some of the last logs to be put up to complete the walls of the cafetorium.

As of now, a powerful storm is coming to Jeju that might reach up to 180km/h.
Its the biggest since 2002, so David Kim(One of our Discpleship Coodinators) is setting up some logs against the walls to strengthen them for the up comming high winds.

Please pray for wisdom, strength and resources to complete all the building projects on Jeju Wolbi.
We still need just under 85,000 USD to complete the “Cafetorium” project.
And please pray for the work teams here, that no one would get hurt but safley and smoothly finish the building projects for this year.
We had a last camp fire in WOLBI JEJU. Summer break will start this friday and our JeJU students and myself will be in the main-land Korea next week for WOL Korea summer camp. Would you please stop and pray for our summer camping ministries?

Well done jacklyn

We meant to say WOLBI but turned out VOLBI..
(WOLBI JeJu Basket Ball Coat Project)
A work team from the mainland arrived and started building B-ball coat in JeJu BI.

It’s my first time driving 2t Truck.

Putting mixture of water and cement.

Coming soon! We are so pumped up!

Yay!!! Thank God for allowing us to have B-ball Coat.
(Ten, Ten project)-(Support level)
I have 849 freinds on facebook and I’ve called every single Korean that I’ve ever met at least one time asking if they would like to be part of my minstry by giving 10,ooo won (about 10 dollars).
Many of them encouraged me a lot and also willingy became the part of my team by joining ‘Ten, Ten project’.
I’m praying for 100 people who can give Ten dollars to my ministry monthly. This is called Ten, Ten Project.
I give thanks to God beacause of the fact that His grace is always enough and that allowas me to be faithful and patient with His perfect plan for me.
(Children’s English ministry)
God allowed me and one of BI students Rob to minister children in Young-Lak church here on the JeJu island. We serve children by running bible club every sunday. A ability to speak in Enlglish really has been a blessing to me here in Korea, because I could engage them in a such way that teaching the Bible and worship song in English. Sometimes it is hard to get across them but the good thing is I can speak Korean as well when needed.
Please pray for the children that they would draw closer to the Word of God and seek after Him.

(2012. 5. 28th)
Today is one of the holiday in Korea celebrating the Buddha’s Birthday.
I’m speaking on children’s camp today sharing the Gospel focusing on the death of Christ while some celebrating the birth. — at Jeju Island.
(Building project)
We received a large gift from a friend of the ministry here in Korea.
Last week God gave us $255,000 through a good friend of our ministry and this is out of the $350,000 needed to complete the building project. And this building will be used as a kitchen and dining and main class room.
Please continue to pray for the project as we in need of the rest of funds to complete the project and look forward to working with a work team starting from this July.
If you are interested in coming a work team during this summer, please let me know. And also please share this need with your friends if you would.
New Update on Building Project 2012/6/20

(Soccer Ministry)
Last month we had our first soccer match with ‘Young-Lak Church’ young adult group and F.C Int’ which is One of the soccer clubs from JeJu Univ.
We played three games that were twenty minute long each. We won two games and lost one.
Our team tried to represent Jesus by playing all the games with nice manner. And we went to the field a little earlier than appointed time and started and ended the game with prayer.
Please pray for this ministry that would be able to build the relationship and reach out people. (2012. April)

(After playing soccer, One of the BI student James shared his testimony with the Gospel of Christ.) (2012. May)

Maria a.k.a 하기쁨 sharing her testimony with the Gospel during Soccer ministry and Clare did great job on translating. (6/24)
WOLBI team played hard enough to say we did our best for the last ministry opportunity. Let’s go WOLBI
This year, JeJu made the list of the New Seven Wonders of Nature in a worldwide poll organized by the Swiss-based organization New7 Wonders Foundation.
The Jeju Mysterious Road is very famous in JeJu as it looks like it runs uphill but cars will naturally roll downhill when placed in neutral gear.
